The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the hotel's location was very central to many attractions. i found a luggage scale in the lobby which helped before my flight. Though the scale needed calibration.

This made access with luggage difficult! after my flight, i had to walk to a different meeting point for my taxi.

The hotel is close to a Metro station and Puerta del Sol. Our room was ready upon arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful . I appreciated Lorena, Maria, Andrea, Miguel, and Leonor for their assistance.

Walking with luggage to a meeting point was necessary.
